Shipping Policy
Fulfillment (Production Time)
Our standard fulfillment time is 2–5 business days from the moment an order is placed. This includes printing, quality inspection, and packaging. Fulfillment time may vary slightly during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Approximate transit times:

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We work with multiple carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services) to offer competitive rates and reliable delivery. You‘ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track all your orders directly in your Shopify account dashboard.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@ Thousand print.com. Once an order has entered production (typically within hours of placement), we may not be able to modify the address. Reshipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer‘s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 1–2 additional days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)

Contact the shipping carrier directly
If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Split Shipments
Occasionally, an order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages — for example, if products are fulfilled from different warehouse locations or if certain items require special packaging (such as posters or mugs). In such cases, you‘ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November–December), fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure delivery by your desired date.
Returns & Refund Policy
Because every product is custom-printed just for you, our return policy is different from traditional retail. Please read carefully.
30-Day Window for Issue Reporting
Any claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Quality Issues (Manufacturing Errors & Damaged Items)
If your order arrives with:

A printing defect (misaligned, faded, incorrect design, wrong color)

A manufacturing defect (seam issues, fabric defects, zipper problems)

Physical damage during shipping
We take full responsibility. You do not need to return the product. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
Clear photos showing the issue (product + packaging if damaged in transit)

A brief description of the problem
We will offer either:

A free reprint of the same product (shipped at no additional cost), or
-
A full refund to your original payment method
This applies to both our direct customers and your end customers (for store owners using Thousand print for fulfillment).
What is NOT considered a quality issue?
The following are not eligible for free reprints or refunds:

Customer ordered the wrong size or color

Customer changed their mind (“buyer’s remorse”)

Design placement does not match expectations — unless it significantly deviates from the product‘s print area guide

Minor color variations between digital mockups and physical prints (screen displays vary)

Incorrect address provided at checkout
In these cases, returns or exchanges are offered at your discretion and expense. If you choose to accept a return for change of mind, you will need to place a new order for the customer at your own cost.
No Size Exchanges
Because products are made to order, we do not offer direct size exchanges. We strongly recommend that all customers refer to our detailed sizing charts, which are available on every product page. Measurements vary by product style and brand, so please check carefully before ordering.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal by the recipient:

We will notify you via email

You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees apply)

If the package is not claimed within 30 days, it may be donated or responsibly disposed of

Refunds are not issued for returned-to-sender packages unless the return was caused by our error
How to Submit a Problem Report
To report a quality issue:

Email us at support@ Thousand print.com with the subject line “Problem Report – [Order Number]”

Attach clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number and a brief description
Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and notify you of the resolution.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error (manufacturing defect or damaged product).
Exceptions
Orders shipped to certain countries may be subject to local consumer protection laws that provide additional rights beyond this policy. For example, customers in Brazil have a legal right to cancel an order within 7 calendar days of receipt. In such cases, please contact us directly, and we will comply with applicable local regulations.
